
在《Habits for success》這本書中,作者列出了諸多有助於成功的好習慣(其實是原則)。
成功的好習慣當然不少,但是列得那麼多,也未免令人無所適從。
我先將標題抄錄於下,從中我把有共鳴的部分標示出中文,算了算有十多項,還是太多了:
Strive for balance
Trust your intuitive nature
Step out of your comfort zone 不要滿於現狀
It’s OK to fail 不要害怕嘗試

從其中,重中之重,我覺得最重要的是以下六項:

Attitude of gratitude 知所感恩
The care of your instrument 注意身心的健康
至於具體上要怎麼做,去養成那些具體的好習慣,這自己得去想辦法,而從這裡就可以開始區分出誰是比較容易成功的人。
當然,這不是一本談成功學的原則的書可以教給我們的。大家要自求多福。
