An artist consigned his paintings for sale in a shop.
One day, the artist asked the shop owner if anyone had bought his paintings. The shop owner said, “It’s both good news and bad news for you.“
The artist was confused.
The shop owner said, “A man asked if your paintings would appreciate after you die. I said yes, and he bought all your paintings.”
Upon hearing the owner’s words, the artist was so excited that he forgot to ask the bad news.
The shop owner sighed, “The man who bought your paintings is your doctor.”*
Where are you from?
Or
Where do you come from?
I know where you are coming from.
