EBC(Everest Base Camp) 健行
這是由海拔逐漸由2652M走到5545M然後再逐漸下降的行程，有高度適應的設計，成熟的行程，是很安全的。
每個人有協作幫忙揹(上限12.5公斤），本人基本上不用揹什麼。是健行。
