Bones are strengthened by good diet and sunlight, of course, but that is not enough. Force applied to bones also simulates them to grow stronger. The greater the forces applied to a bone, the greater the bones buildup at the point of the stress.*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u745c\u73c8\u662f\u9aa8\u8cea\u758f\u9b06\u7684\u5fa9\u5065\u624b\u6bb5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5145\u8db3\u7684\u71df\u990a\u53ca\u65e5\u7167\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f37\u5316\u9aa8\u8cea\uff0c\u4f46\u90a3\u9060\u9060\u4e0d\u8db3\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5c0d\u9aa8\u9abc\u9032\u884c\u91cd\u91cf\u8a13\u7df4\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u523a\u6fc0\u9aa8\u9abc\u9577\u5f97\u66f4\u5bc6\u5be6\u3002\u52a0\u5728\u9aa8\u9abc\u4e0a\u7684\u529b\u91cf\u6108\u5927\uff0c\u53d7\u529b\u9ede\u7684\u9aa8\u8cea\u66f4\u597d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wolff\u2019s law, articulated almost 120 years ago, states that the architecture of bone, its structure, follows the line of force that bone is subjected to. Since Dr. Wolff\u2019s time, many persuasive studies have shown that different enzymes and biochemical markers of bone synthesis within a bone rise abruptly within twelve seconds of adding stress to it. Yoga is a simple, silent, inexpensive, and nonimpact way of applying that force and directing that application exactly as one intends.*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u6c83\u723e\u592b\u5b9a\u5f8b<\/strong>(Wolff&#8217;s law)\u662f\u7531\u5341\u4e5d\u4e16\u7d00\u6642\u5fb7\u570b\u7684\u89e3\u5256\u5b78\u5bb6\u53ca\u5916\u79d1\u91ab\u751f\u6731\u5229\u8449\u65af\u2022\u6c83\u723e\u592b\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u7406\u8ad6\uff0c\u8a8d\u70ba\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u4eba\u985e\u6216\u52d5\u7269\u7684\u9aa8\u9abc\u6703\u9069\u61c9\u6240\u5728\u90e8\u4f4d\u9700\u627f\u53d7\u7684\u8ca0\u8f09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u82e5\u7279\u5b9a\u9aa8\u9abc\u7684\u8ca0\u8f09\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\uff0c\u9aa8\u9abc\u6703\u6162\u6162\u7684\u8b8a\u5f37\u58ef\uff0c\u4f86\u627f\u53d7\u8a72\u8ca0\u8f09\u3002\u9aa8\u4e2d\u5c0f\u6a11\u7684\u5167\u5728\u7d50\u69cb\u6703\u7522\u751f\u9069\u61c9\u6027\u7684\u8b8a\u5316\uff0c\u800c\u9aa8\u7684\u5916\u5c64\u76ae\u5c64\u4e5f\u6703\u96a8\u4e4b\u8b8a\u5316\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u4e5f\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u4f7f\u9aa8\u9abc\u8b8a\u7c97\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u53cd\u4e4b\u4ea6\u7136\uff0c\u82e5\u9aa8\u9abc\u8ca0\u8f09\u6e1b\u5c11\uff0c\u9aa8\u9abc\u4e5f\u6703\u8b8a\u7d30\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u8a72\u9aa8\u9abc\u7684\u65b0\u9673\u4ee3\u8b1d\u8f03\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u6c92\u6709\u523a\u6fc0\u4f86\u7522\u751f\u53ef\u4ee5\u7dad\u6301\u9aa8\u8cea\u91cf\u7684\u9aa8\u7684\u518d\u5efa\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u9aa8\u5bc6\u5ea6\u7684\u6e1b\u5c11\uff08\u9aa8\u8cea\u7f3a\u4e4f\uff09\u7a31\u70ba\u61c9\u529b\u906e\u853d\uff08stress shielding\uff09\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u51fa\u73fe\u5728\u9ad6\u95dc\u7bc0\u624b\u8853\uff08\u6216\u662f\u690d\u5165\u5176\u4ed6\u5047\u9ad4\uff09\u5f8c\u7684\u60c5\u5f62\u3002\u9aa8\u9abc\u56e0\u70ba\u5176\u4ed6\u7684\u5047\u9ad4\u627f\u53d7\u4e86\u61c9\u529b\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u8b93\u9aa8\u9abc\u7121\u6cd5\u627f\u53d7\u5230\u6b63\u5e38\u7684\u61c9\u529b\u3002(~\u7dad\u57fa\u767e\u79d1)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e5f\u6709\u7814\u7a76\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u5728\u9aa8\u9abc\ud840\udd18\u53d7\u8ca0\u8f09\u768412\u79d2\u4e4b\u5167\uff0c\u751f\u6210\u9aa8\u8cea\u7684\u9175\u7d20\u548c\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u751f\u7269\u5316\u5b78\u6a19\u8a18\u6703\u8fc5\u901f\u589e\u52a0\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u745c\u73c8\u662f\u589e\u52a0\u9aa8\u9abc\u53d7\u529b\uff0c\u4e00\u7a2e\u6bd4\u8f03\u6eab\u548c\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exercise has been shown to improve the production of bone without affecting the rate of reabsorption. The vocabulary of bone-muscle cross talk includes several molecular messengers that do just that. Exercise is the ounce of prevention that\u2019s worth way more than its weight in gold. There are steps you can take at any age, but earlier is better. Age five is not too soon. The late teens and even twenties are not too late. But more to the point: exercise is good at any age, and it\u2019s always better than inactivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u904b\u52d5\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u52a0\u5f37\u9aa8\u8cea\u3002\u990a\u6210\u904b\u52d5\u7684\u7fd2\u6163\uff0c\u6108\u65e9\u6108\u597d\uff0c\u4f46\u4e0d\u7ba1\u662f\u4ec0\u9ebc\u5e74\u7d00\uff0c\u904b\u52d5\u90fd\u6709\u5e6b\u52a9\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u958b\u59cb\u6c38\u9060\u4e0d\u9072\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many people still believe that weight-bearing is the best, or only, type of exercise for building bones, but that is patently false\u2026One need go no further than his or her arm, wrist, and fingers to find examples of non-weight-bearing bones that may become osteoporotic, but usually din\u2019t in spite of weight-bearing in all but acrobats and yogis\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5f88\u591a\u4eba\u6df1\u4fe1\u8ca0\u91cd\u662f\u589e\u52a0\u9aa8\u8cea\u5bc6\u5ea6\u6700\u597d\u7684\u904b\u52d5\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u8a8d\u70ba\u90a3\u662f\u552f\u4e00\u6709\u6548\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u800c\u9019\u662f\u4e0d\u6b63\u78ba\u7684\u3002\u53ea\u8981\u770b\u770b\u6211\u5011\u7684\u624b\u81c2\u3001\u624b\u638c\u3001\u624b\u6307\u9019\u4e9b\u975e\u8ca0\u91cd\u9aa8\u9abc\uff0c\u5e73\u5e38\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u9032\u884c\u5e73\ud85d\uddfe\u548c\u62c9\u4f38\u7684\u6d3b\u52d5\u800c\u975e\u8ca0\u91cd\uff0c\u4f46\u4e5f\u904b\u4f5c\u5f97\u5f88\u597d\u800c\u4e0d\u6703\u6709\u9aa8\u8cea\u758f\u9b06\u7684\u72c0\u6cc1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026\u2026Wolff\u2019s law\u2026the basis of bone-shaping, states that the architectural strength of a bone develops along the lines of fierce to which that bone is subjected. This makes physiological sense because it means that a bone will develop reinforcement to counter exactly the stresses and strains that is undergoes. This explain why our arms are doing so well and why yogi can help us manage osteoporosis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u6839\u64da\u6c83\u723e\u592b\u5b9a\u5f8b<\/strong>(Wolff&#8217;s law)\uff0c\u9762\u5c0d\u5916\u4f86\u7684\u65bd\u529b\uff0c\u9aa8\u9abc\u6703\u81ea\u884c\u52a0\u5f37\u4f86\u62b5\u6297\u5916\u529b\u6240\u7522\u751f\u7684\u58d3\u529b\u548c\u5f35\u529b\u3002\u9019\u53ef\u4ee5\u7528\u4f86\u89e3\u91cb\uff0c\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u6211\u5011\u7684\u624b\u81c2(\u7684\u9aa8\u9abc)\u53ef\u4ee5\u9577\u5f97\u8db3\u5920\u7c97\u58ef\uff0c\u7e31\u7136\u5e73\u5e38\u6bd4\u8f03\u6c92\u6709\u8ca0\u91cd\u7684\u904b\u52d5\uff0c\u4f46\u7d93\u5e38\u7684\u62c9\u4f38(yogi)\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c0d\u9632\u6b62\u9aa8\u8cea\u758f\u9b06\u662f\u6709\u52a9\u76ca\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8b80\u5f8c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u990a\u6210\u904b\u52d5\u7684\u7fd2\u6163(\u6bcf\u9031150\u5206\u9418\u4e2d\u5f37\u5ea6\u904b\u52d5)\uff0c\u6ce8\u610f\u5747\u8861\u71df\u990a\u7684\u651d\u53d6\uff0c\u8d70\u5230\u6236\u5916\u66ec\u66ec\u592a\u967d(\u6bcf\u5929\u7d0410-15\u5206\u9418)\uff0c\u6212\u7159\u4e0d\u9157\u9152\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u5f37\u5316\u9aa8\u9abc\u907f\u514d\u9aa8\u8cea\u758f\u9b06\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6839\u64da\u6c83\u723e\u592b\u5b9a\u5f8b\uff0c\u9aa8\u9abc\u6703\u56e0\u61c9\u5916\u529b\u800c\u81ea\u6211\u52a0\u5f37\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u8ca0\u91cd\u8a13\u7df4\u7684\u6548\u679c\u7acb\u7aff\u898b\u5f71\u3002\u4f46\u9aa8\u9abc\u4e5f\u6703\u96a8\u8457\u62c9\u4f38\u53ca\u808c\u8089\u7684\u7dca\u7e2e\u6240\u7522\u751f\u7684\u529b\u91cf\uff0c\u800c\u8b8a\u5f97\u66f4\u5f37\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6bd4\u8f03\u6eab\u548c\u7684\u745c\u73c8\u4e5f\u6709\u5e6b\u52a9\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e0d\u7ba1\u600e\u6a23\uff0c\u7d50\u8ad6\u5c31\u662f\u8981\u904b\u52d5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4eba\u7684\u8eab\u9ad4\uff0c\u9075\u5faa\u7528\u9032\u9000\u5ee2\u7684\u539f\u5247\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u591a\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u8981\u6d3b\u5c31\u8981\u52d5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P.S. \u500b\u4eba\u89ba\u5f97\uff0c\u904b\u52d5\u9664\u4e86\u8981\u990a\u6210\u7fd2\u6163\uff0c\u5176\u983b\u7387\u53ca\u5f37\u5ea6\u8981\u9069\u4e2d\u624d\u597d\u3002\u91cd\u91cf\u8a13\u7df4\u53ef\u52a0\u5f37\u808c\u529b\u548c\u9aa8\u9abc\uff0c\u662f\u91cd\u4e2d\u4e4b\u4e2d\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u907f\u514d\u904b\u52d5\u50b7\u5bb3\u3002\u6bd4\u8f03\u67d4\u548c\u7684\u745c\u73c8\u5f88\u597d\uff0c\u4f46\u61c9\u5728\u5c08\u5bb6\u6307\u5c0e\u4e0b\u5be6\u884c(\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u719f\u9f61\u8005)\uff0c\u5faa\u5e8f\u6f38\u9032\u800c\u7d55\u4e0d\u52c9\u5f37\uff0c\u4ee5\u514d\u50b7\u5bb3\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*\uff1aLoren Fishman, MD, and Carol Ardman, YOGA for OSTEOPOROSIS, 2025, W.
