\u523a\u82de\u83dc\u858a(Cynara cardunculus\u662f\u53ef\u98df\u7528\u7684\u3002\u5982\u679c\u9069\u7576\u8655\u7406\uff0c\u8449\u67c4\u548c\u6839\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u98df\u7528(Kelly & Pepper, 1996)\u3002\u523a\u82de\u83dc\u858a\u4e5f\u5df2\u7528\u65bc\u85e5\u7528\u76ee\u7684(Adly, 1985; Wiklund, 1993)\u3002\u5b83\u662f\u83ca\u7c89\u3001\u7fa5\u57fa\u8089\u6842\u9178\u916f\u548c\u6c34\u98db\u858a\u7d20\u7684\u4f86\u6e90(Curt et al., 2002; Grammelis et al., 2008)\u3002\u5f8c\u5169\u7a2e\u662f\u5728\u8449\u5b50\u4e2d\u767c\u73fe\u7684\u82e6\u5473\u5316\u5408\u7269\uff0c\u53ef\u6539\u5584\u809d\u81df\u548c\u81bd\u56ca\u7684\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u4e26\u523a\u6fc0\u6d88\u5316\u6db2(\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u81bd\u6c41)\u7684\u5206\u6ccc\uff0c\u4e26\u964d\u4f4e\u8840\u6db2\u4e2d\u7684\u81bd\u56fa\u9187(Grammelis et al., 2008)\u3002\u523a\u82de\u83dc\u858a\u7684\u4e7e\u71e5\u5c0f\u82b1\u5df2\u88ab\u7528\u65bc\u4f7f\u725b\u5976\u51dd\u7d50(Mathews, 1830; Wiklund, 1993)\u3002(~\u5168\u7403\u5165\u4fb5\u7269\u7a2e\u8cc7\u6599\u5eab)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Artichoke plants are muscular, stout-stemmed and head-high, with deeply lobed blue-green leaves. Their flower heads are cloaked in leathery bracts, especially adapted leaves to protect the flowers that develop inside. Although they are rarely allowed to blossom, the develop into splendid fist-size blooms, bluish-purple, sweetly fragrant and long-lasting. Look closely and you will see that flower head is composed of hundreds of individual shimmering florets.*<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finally reaching the secret, tender heart makes the world feel more agreeable; the artichoke\u2019s unusual chemistry confuses the tongue so that even plain water tastes sweet afterwards.*<\/p>\n\n\n\n
