The notion of the leaky pipeline is that women and men leave their positions before they are promoted, but a greater fraction of women than men exit at various junctures.*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6839\u64da\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u5973\u6027\u5728\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7684\u884c\u696d\u7684\u6649\u5347\u6bd4\u7387\u8f03\u4f4e\uff1a\u5b78\u8853\u7814\u7a76\u3001\u6703\u8a08\u3001\u9867\u554f\u3001\u7ba1\u7406\u3001\u91d1\u878d\u7b49\u7b49\u9818\u57df\u3002\u9019\u500b\u73fe\u8c61\u4e5f\u7a31\u70ba\u300c(\u6649\u5347)\u7ba1\u9053\u6f0f\u6c34\u73fe\u8c61\u300d(leaky pipelines)\uff0c\u610f\u601d\u662f\u5973\u6027\u5f80\u5f80\u6bd4\u7537\u6027\uff0c\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u5728\u71ac\u5230\u53ef\u4ee5\u6649\u5347\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u5c31\u5df2\u7d93\u96e2\u8077\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u4f01\u696d\u4e2d\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u5973\u6027\u6703\u56e0\u6b64\u932f\u5931\u6649\u5347\u6a5f\u6703\uff0c\u65b0\u9032\u7684\u512a\u79c0\u54e1\u5de5\u4e5f\u6703\u3002\u4e2d\u968e\u4e3b\u7ba1\u5c0d\u65b0\u4eba\u7684\u8981\u6c42\u504f\u5411\u56b4\u82db\uff0c\u4ee5\u7dad\u6301\u81ea\u5df1\u6240\u8ca0\u8cac\u7684\u90e8\u9580\u53ca\u4ed6\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u7e3e\u6548\u8868\u73fe\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u57f9\u990a\u4e00\u500b\u65b0\u4eba\uff0c\u8a13\u7df4\u6210\u672c\u662f\u5f88\u9ad8\u7684\u3002\u516c\u53f8\u80a1\u6771\u548cCEO\u9593\u63a5\u900f\u904e\u4e2d\u968e\u4e3b\u7ba1\u4f86\u7ba1\u7406\u54e1\u5de5\uff0c\u7576\u7136\u5e0c\u671b\u4ed6\u5011\u80fd\u5920\u7559\u4f4f\u597d\u4e0d\u5bb9\u6613\u8a13\u7df4\u5c80\u4f86\u7684\u54e1\u5de5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u516c\u53f8\u80a1\u6771\u548cCEO\u548c\u4e2d\u968e\u4e3b\u7ba1\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u5229\u76ca\uff0c\u5728\u9019\ud855\ude83\u5c31\u8b8a\u5f97\u4e0d\u5b8c\u5168\u4e00\u81f4\uff0c\u9019\u5c31\u662f\u7ba1\u7406\u7d93\u6fdf\u5b78\u4e2d\u6240\u8b02\u7684\u4ee3\u7406\u6210\u672c(principal-agent problem)\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The principal-agent problem describes the inherent conflict of interest that arises when one person or entity (the agent) acts on behalf of another (the principal).(Google \u4ee3\u7406\u6210\u672c\u7684\u89e3\u91cb)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6709\u4e9b\u5927\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u9084\u7279\u5b9a\u8a2d\u8a08\u4e86\u4e00\u500b\u8077\u4f4d\uff0c\u53bb\u95dc\u5fc3\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u65b0\u4eba\u662f\u5426\u5f97\u5230\u5408\u7406\u7684\u5c0d\u5f85\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u80fd\u5920\u7559\u4f4f\u4ed6\u5011\u3002\u628a\u4ed6\u5011\u4fdd\u6301\u5728\u6649\u5347\u7ba1\u9053\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e0d\u81f4\u65bc\u6d41\u5931\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The reasons for women\u2019s greater attrition have been sought using various methods. After comparing men and women who are equally qualified in terms of publications, factors including bias, favoritism, and inadequate mentoring remain. But the primary cause for the leaky pipeline in most up-or-out profession leads us back to the question of time demands required for advancement. Intense career are difficult for all. They are especially tough for young parents, and the parent who often slows down on the track to the top, while putting in the intensive family time, is woman.*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5973\u6027\u6bd4\u7537\u6027\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u5728\u7372\u5f97\u6649\u5347\u524d\u96e2\u8077\u7684\u56e0\u7d20\u5f88\u591a\uff0c\u2026\u2026\uff0c\u6700\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u5728\u65bc\u662f\u5426\u5728\u6649\u5347\u524d\u5f85\u5f97\u5920\u4e45\u3002\u7af6\u722d\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u5c0d\u6bcf\u500b\u4eba\u90fd\u4e0d\u5bb9\u6613\uff0c\u4f46\u5c0d\u5e74\u7d00\u8f15\u8f15\u5c31\u6210\u70ba\u7236\u6bcd\u7684\u592b\u59bb\u66f4\u4e0d\u5bb9\u6613\u3002\u6709\u5c0f\u5b69\u7684\u5f80\u4e0a\u6649\u5347\u7684\u901f\u5ea6\u5f80\u5f80\u8f03\u6162\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u82b1\u6bd4\u8f03\u591a\u6642\u9593\u5728\u5bb6\u5ead\u7463\u4e8b\u7684\u5a66\u5973\uff0c\u5176\u5f71\u97ff\u5c31\u76ca\u70ba\u5de8\u5927\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the members of a couple with children don\u2019t specialize\u2014meaning if they don\u2019t make the pervasive decision for the partner for one to be dedicated to being on call at home while the other partner is on call at work\u2014the will be leaving money on the table. They can\u2019t both work the job with uncontrollable hours, like my dog, get sick and needy at odd time and day(and children are far more demanding than my canine).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e0a\u80fd\u5920\u5c08\u5fc3\u6295\u5165\u800c\u4e14\u96a8\u53eb\u96a8\u5230\u8005\uff0c\u6536\u5165\u8f03\u9ad8\u3002\u6709\u5c0f\u5b69\u7684\u592b\u59bb\u4e4b\u9593\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u4e0d\u80fd\u64c7\u4e00\u5c08\u6ce8\u5728\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e0a\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebc\u4ed6\u5011\u5c31\u662f\u653e\u68c4\u4e86\u6574\u9ad4\u8f03\u9ad8\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u6536\u5165\u4e86\u3002\u6709\u5c0f\u5b69\u7684\u592b\u59bb\uff0c\u7121\u6cd5\u5169\u500b\u4eba\u90fd\u540c\u6642\u5168\u5fc3\u6295\u5165\u5728\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e0a\uff0c\u5b69\u5b50\u548c\u5bf5\u7269\u4e00\u6a23\uff0c\u7e3d\u662f\u6703\u5728\u4e0d\u5b9a\u7684\u6642\u9593\u751f\u75c5\u6216\u9700\u8981\u7279\u5225\u7684\u7167\u9867\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u800c\u5973\u6027\u82b1\u5728\u5bb6\u5ead\u7684\u6642\u9593\u5f80\u5f80\u662f\u6bd4\u8f03\u591a\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u5979\u5011\u7684\u6536\u5165\u8f03\u5c11\u3002\u592b\u8207\u59bb\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u6536\u5165\u6c34\u6e96\u4e0d\u4e00\u81f4\uff0c\u548c\u7537\u6027\u8207\u5973\u6027\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u6536\u5165\u6c34\u6e96\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u4e00\u9ad4\u5169\u9762\u7684\u4e8b\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8b80\u5f8c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6709\u5b69\u5b50\u7684\u5e74\u8f15\u592b\u5a66\uff0c\u5f80\u5f80\u662f\u5a66\u5973\u72a7\u7272\u4e86\u5728\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e0a\u7684\u5168\u5fc3\u6295\u5165\uff0c\u8b93\u5148\u751f\u53ef\u4ee5\u653e\u624b\u53bb\u8868\u73fe\uff0c\u4ee5\u671f\u8b00\u53d6\u6574\u9ad4\u5bb6\u5ead\u7684\u5171\u540c\u6536\u5165\u6c34\u6e96\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5b69\u5b50\u9577\u5927\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u5a66\u5973\u6703\u56e0\u7232\u66f4\u53ef\u4ee5\u6295\u5165\u5728\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e2d\u800c\u7372\u5f97\u8077\u6daf\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u6839\u64da\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u5979\u5011\u518d\u600e\u9ebc\u52aa\u529b\u90fd\u8d95\u4e0d\u4e0a\u7537\u6027\u540c\u5115\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8981\u6539\u5584\u9019\u7a2e\u6709\u5c0f\u5b69\u7684\u592b\u59bb\u4e4b\u9593\u6027\u5225\u4e0a\u7684\u4e0d\u5e73\u7b49\uff0c\u50cf\u5317\u6b50\u570b\u5bb6\u7684\u505a\u6cd5\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u6539\u5584\u7167\u9867\u5c0f\u5b69\u7684\u74b0\u5883\uff0c\u628a\u7167\u9867\u5b69\u5b50\u7576\u4f5c\u662f\u793e\u6703\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u500b\u5225\u5bb6\u5ead\u7684\u4e8b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u751a\u81f3\u5728\u89c0\u5ff5\u4e0a\uff0c\u592b\u6216\u59bb\u90fd\u6709\u5c0d\u7b49\u7fa9\u52d9\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u4e5f\u7d66\u592b\u53ca\u59bb\u76f8\u5c0d\u7b49\u7684\u80b2\u5152\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u5982\u80b2\u5b30\u5047\u7b49\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728Covid-19\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u9078\u5de5\u4f5c\u5730\u9ede\u7684\u5f48\u6027\u5de5\u4f5c\u5236\uff0c\u5982Work from home(WFH)\uff0c\u6df1\u53d7\u6b61\u8fce\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u53ef\u4ee5\u7bc0\u7701\u901a\u52e4\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u6709\u5b69\u5b50\u7684\u7236\u6bcd\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u66f4\u5927\u7684\u5f48\u6027\u517c\u9867\u5bb6\u5ead\u548c\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>WFH\u5c0d\u751f\u7522\u529b\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u4e0d\u8a73\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u9700\u8981\u54e1\u5de5\u4e92\u52d5\u6fc0\u76ea\u5275\u610f\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\u5728\u75ab\u60c5\u7d50\u675f\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u5f88\u591a\u516c\u53f8\u7d1b\u7d1b\u53d6\u6d88WFH\u7684\u5b89\u6392\u3002\u5f9e\u5404\u7a2e\u7814\u7a76\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u9019\u5c0d\u65bc\u6709\u5c0f\u5b69\u7684\u6bcd\u89aa\u7684\u8077\u6daf\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u6703\u56e0\u70ba\u50be\u5411\u6bd4\u5148\u751f\u82b1\u66f4\u591a\u6642\u9593\u5728\u7167\u9867\u5b69\u5b50\u4e0a\u9762\uff0c\u800c\u8b8a\u5f97\u4e0d\u5229\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7576\u7136\uff0c\u592b\u59bb\u4e4b\u9593\u5982\u679c\u53d6\u5f97\u5354\u8abf\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u6240\u5f97\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u66ff\u4ee3\uff0c\u6700\u7d42\u53ef\u4ee5\u9054\u5230\u6574\u9ad4\u5bb6\u5ead\u7e3d\u6240\u5f97\u6700\u9ad8\u7684\u72c0\u614b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5a5a\u59fb\u95dc\u4fc2\u4e0d\u898b\u5f97\u53ef\u4ee5\u4e00\u76f4\u7dad\u6301\uff0c\u800c\u82b1\u66f4\u591a\u6642\u9593\u72a7\u7272\u5728\u7167\u9867\u5c0f\u5b69\u7684\u5f80\u5f80\u662f\u5abd\u5abd\uff0c\u9019\u5c31\u9677\u5973\u6027\u65bc\u4e0d\u5229\u7684\u72c0\u6cc1\u4e4b\u4e0b\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u50cf\u5317\u6b50\u570b\u5bb6\u90a3\u6a23\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u8b93\u5a66\u5973\u6bd4\u8f03\u6c92\u6709\u5f8c\u9867\u4e4b\u6182\uff0c\u5c0d\u5973\u6027\u7684\u8077\u6daf\u767c\u5c55\u6bd4\u8f03\u516c\u5e73\uff0c\u800c\u5c0d\u6574\u9ad4\u793e\u6703\u767c\u63ee\u7684\u597d\u8655\u4e5f\u6703\u6bd4\u8f03\u5927\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u73fe\u5728\u7684\u72c0\u6cc1\uff0cwork hard and work long enough on the job \u5f88\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5982\u679c\u80fd\u751f\u70ba\u7537\u6027\u90a3\u9ebc\u5c07\u66f4\u7a69\u64cd\u52dd\u5238\uff0c\u800c\u9019\u6b63\u662f\u7537\u5973\u4e0d\u5e73\u6b0a\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u8981\u52aa\u529b\u53bb\u6253\u7834\u7684\u6027\u5225\u684e\u932e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5b69\u5b50\uff0c\u4e0d\u61c9\u662f\u6211\u5011\u52a0\u5230\u8077\u696d\u5a66\u5973\u8077\u6daf\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u4e00\u7a2e\u7a05\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u8aaa\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u61f2\u7f70\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>*:
