\u4ec0\u9ebc\u662f\u300c\u623f\u9593\ud855\ude83\u7684\u5927\u8c61\u300d(\u2018the elephant in the room\u2019)\u5462\uff1f<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5b83\u6307\u7684\u662f\u986f\u800c\u6613\u898b\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5\uff0c\u4f46\u5927\u5bb6\u90fd\u8996\u800c\u4e0d\u898b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2026we\u2019ve all been there. We are in a working group or at a meeting, discussing a topic or challenge, and all the while, as a separate track running underneath, there is a subtext that no one explicitly address. This is an example of \u2018the elephant in the room.\u2019  Most of us notice the elephant, it gets in the way, and it\u2019s difficult to deal with until someone points at it and says, \u201cThere it is, let\u2019s take a look at it and reduce its impact.\u2019 *<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u8b6c\u5982\u5728\u4e00\u500b\u6703\u8b70\u548c\u8a0e\u8ad6\u4e4b\u4e2d\uff0c\u6709\u4ef6\u4e8b\u60c5\u537b\u6084\u6084\u5728\u6697\u5730\ud855\ude83\u767c\u751f(\u8b6c\u5982\u6709\u4eba\u4e00\u76f4\u5728\u5212\u624b\u6a5f\u6216\u7528\u81ea\u5df1\u7684notebook\u4f46\u662f\u4e00\u76f4\u6c92\u6709\u53c3\u8207\u8a0e\u8ad6\u548c\u767c\u8a00)\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u7a0d\u5fae\u7559\u610f\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u767c\u73fe\u7684\uff0c\u50cf\u5728\u5c0f\u623f\u9593\ud855\ude83\u585e\u4e86\u4e00\u96bb\u5927\u8c61\u4e00\u6a23\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u6c92\u6709\u63d0\u51fa\u4f86\u3002\u53ea\u6709\u7576\u6709\u4eba\u767c\u8072\u4e86\uff0c\u8b6c\u5982\u554f\u554f\u6c92\u6709\u767c\u8a00\u7684\u4eba\u662f\u4e0d\u662f\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u610f\u898b\uff0c\u5927\u5bb6\u624d\u604d\u7136\u5927\u609f\uff0c\u800c\u4f86\u623f\u9593\ud855\ude83\u6709\u90a3\u9ebc\u4e00\u96bb\u5927\u8c61\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n
