The Cabinetmakers Exhibition gave legible form to the notion of \u201dDanish design,\u201c such that it came to refer, not to a diverse and dispersed industry, but to one particular segment where craftsmanship was king.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026..\u901a\u904e\u5411\u516c\u773e\u5c55\u793a\uff0c\u50a2\u4ff1\u696d\u8005\u7684\u5c55\u89bd\uff0c\u50b3\u905e\u7684\u300c\u4e39\u9ea5\u8a2d\u8a08\u300d(Danish design)\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u591a\u6a23\u5206\u6563\u7684\u5de8\u5927\u7522\u696d\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u4ee5\u624b\u5de5\u85dd\u5320\u4eba\u70ba\u4e3b\u7684\u5c0f\u800c\u7f8e\u884c\u696d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u96a8\u8457\u7f8e\u570b\u5e02\u5834\u7684\u6253\u958b\uff0c\u5404\u7a2e\u5ec9\u50f9\u7684\u6284\u8972\u76dc\u7248\u7684\u4eff\u88fd\u54c1\u8702\u6e67\u800c\u81f3\u3002\u5927\u5bb6\u90fd\u6253\u8457\u300c\u4e39\u9ea5\u88fd\u300d(Danish)\u7684\u540d\u865f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026The Copyright Act of 1961 protected originator\u2019s right (Ophavsret) by recognizing originality far more capacious than before. It specified that&nbsp;&nbsp;designed object \u201cought to be protected without taking into account its practical purpose.\u201d In practical terms. This meant that a chair was no longer disqualified simply because, like other pieces that serve a similar function, it had a seat, a back, and four legs. The law recognized design, like literature and artistic work, as the product of \u201cpersonal,\u201d \u201ccreative,\u201d and \u201cindependent\u201d conception, and promised to protect it as such.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5927\u610f\u662f\u8aaa\uff0c\u65e9\u81f31962\u5e74\uff0c\u4e39\u9ea5\u5c31\u958b\u59cb\u7acb\u6cd5\u4fdd\u8b77(\u50a2\u4ff1)\u8a2d\u8a08\u7684\u539f\u5275\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4ee5\u6905\u5b50\u70ba\u4f8b\uff0c\u4e0d\u56e0\u5b83\u5011\u90fd\u6709\u6905\u5ea7\u3001\u6905\u80cc\u3001\u6905\u8173\u7b49\u5171\u901a\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u6027\u800c\u8a8d\u70ba\u4e0d\u88ab\u5c08\u5229\u6240\u4fdd\u969c\uff0c\u53cd\u800c\u8a8d\u70ba\uff0c\u61c9\u8a72\u50cf\u6587\u5b78\u4f5c\u54c1\u53ca\u85dd\u8853\u54c1\u7b49\u7b49\u4e00\u6a23\uff0c\u56e0\u5176\u300c\u500b\u4eba\u5316\u300d\u3001\u300c\u5275\u610f\u300d\u3001\u300c\u7368\u7279\u300d\u7684\u5275\u4f5c\u6027\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u800c\u53d7\u5230\u5c08\u5229\u7684\u4fdd\u8b77\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u63a5\u4e0b\u4f86\uff0c\u4e00\u5b97\u82ac\u862d\u516c\u53f8\u8d77\u8a34\u4e39\u9ea5\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u6284\u8972\u4e86\u9910\u5177\u628a\u624b\u4e0a\u4e00\u500b\u7279\u6b8a\u7684\u69fd\u72c0\u8a2d\u8a08(the distinctive grooved handles on a set of flatware)\u7684\u8a34\u8a1f\u4e2d\uff0c\u5c08\u5bb6\u7684\u8b49\u8fad\u5247\u662f\u8aaa\uff0c\u4e39\u9ea5\u9910\u5177(\u6284\u8972\u82ac\u862d)\u7684\u69fd\u72c0\u8a2d\u8a08\u6216\u8a31\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u5b83\u5011\u81ea\u5df1\u539f\u5275\u7684\uff0c\u4f46\u90a3\u7a2e\u8a2d\u8a08\u6240\u7522\u751f\u7684\u6574\u9ad4\u6548\u679c(overall effect\uff09\u537b\u662f\u6709\u539f\u5275\u6027\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The argument carried the day, setting a dangerous precedent in which copyright applied only to the \u201ctotal artistic effect achieved by the presentation and juxtaposition of details.\u201d If originality lies in the overall effect, arguably a copy that is similar but not identical could produce a different overall effect. How could designers defend or protect something as amorphous as \u201ceffect\u201d?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u63db\u53e5\u8a71\u8aaa\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u6284\u8972\u5f97\u597d\uff0c\u7522\u751f\u51fa\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u6574\u9ad4\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u4f3c\u4e4e\u90a3\u5c31\u4e0d\u7b97\u662f\u6284\u8972\u4e86\u3002\u300c\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u6574\u9ad4\u6548\u679c\u300d\u662f\u883b\u4e3b\u89c0\u7684\uff0c\u9019\u8b93\u8a2d\u8a08\u5e2b\u5f88\u96e3\u4ee5\u4e3b\u5f35\u539f\u5275\u7684\u6b0a\u5229\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6709\u4e00\u5f35Verner Panton \u8a2d\u8a08\u7684\u6905\u5b50(\u6f58\u9813\u6905\uff0cPantan Chair)\uff0c\u5247\u51f8\u986f\u5c08\u5229\u6cd5\u6240\u4fdd\u8b77\u7684\u300c\u6574\u9ad4\u6548\u679c\u300d\u70ba\u4f55\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u300c\u6f58\u9813\u6905\u300d\u8a2d\u8a08\u65bc1960\u5e74\uff0c\u5927\u91cf\u6d41\u884c\u65bc1967\u5e74\u3002\u5b83\u662f\u6709\u53f2\u4ee5\u4f86\u7b2c\u4e00\u5f35\u5f9e\u4e0a\u5230\u4e0b\u90fd\u6cb9\u6f06\u7684\u6905\u5b50\uff0c\u7531\u4e00\u6574\u584a\u5851\u81a0\u88fd\u6210\uff0c\u6c92\u6709\u6240\u8b02\u7684\u6905\u8173\uff0c\u6d41\u7dda\u7684S\u9020\u578b\uff0c\u6709\u82e5\u501a\u80cc\u548c\u6905\u5ea7\u81ea\u7136\u5ef6\u4f38\u800c\u6210\uff0c\u770b\u8d77\u4f86\u548c\u7576\u6642\u6240\u6709\u7684\u6905\u5b50\u90fd\u975e\u5e38\u4e0d\u540c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u6284\u8972\u76dc\u7248\u7684\u4e16\u98a8\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0c\u300c\u6f58\u9813\u6905\u300d\u5c31\u662f\u8a2d\u8a08\u5e2b\u5728\u6750\u6599\u3001\u79d1\u6280\u53ca\u578b\u5f0f\u4e0a\u6240\u5c0b\u6c42\u7684\u7a81\u7834\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u50a2\u4ff1\u6284\u8972\u76dc\u7248\u7684\u7316\u7357\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u50a2\u4ff1\u7684\u54c1\u8cea\u4e0d\u4e00\uff0c\u4f7f\u5f97\u300c\u4e39\u9ea5\u88fd\u300d(Danish)\u7684\u540d\u865f\u8499\u7f9e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u70ba\u4e86\u907f\u514d\u6df7\u6dc6\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\uff0c\u5f8c\u4f86\u7f8e\u570b\u5546\u52d9\u90e8\u5c31\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u7a31\u70ba\u300cDanish\u300d, \u300cDanish modern\u300d, \u300cDanish designed\u300d\u7684\uff0c\u53ea\u9650\u5728\u4e39\u9ea5\u8a2d\u8a08\u6216\u88fd\u9020\u7684\u624d\u53ef\u4ee5\u3002\u5176\u4ed6\u7684\u4eff\u88fd\u54c1\uff0c\u5247\u53ea\u80fd\u8aaa\u662f\u300cDanish manners\u300d \u6216 \u300cDanish style\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u50a2\u4ff1\u5ee0\u5546\u6700\u559c\u6b61\u7684\uff0c\u662f\u53ef\u4ee5\u91cd\u8907\u5927\u91cf\u4f4e\u6210\u672c\u5de5\u696d\u751f\u7522\u7684\u8a2d\u8a08\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e00\u65e6\u5fc5\u9808\u6539\u5f26\u6613\u8f4d\uff0c\u6539\u6210\u5feb\u901f\u63a8\u9673\u51fa\u65b0\u7684\u65b0\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u6a5f\u5668\u548c\u5de5\u5e8f\u90fd\u8981\u91cd\u65b0\u6295\u8cc7\u6216\u8abf\u6574\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u92b7\u91cf\u6c92\u6709\u9054\u5230\u4e00\u5b9a\u6578\u91cf\uff0c\u5c31\u6703\u8b8a\u5f97\u7121\u5229\u53ef\u5716\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u751f\u7522\u548c\u5275\u610f\u4e4b\u9593\u5169\u96e3\u7684\u6311\u6230\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This suite, the leather desk covering seems to suggest, was not furniture for use, it was furniture as an idea. By mid.1960s, this was an apt metaphor for Danish design more broadly: an idea, originating in Denmark but given form in America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4ee5\u4e39\u9ea5\u8a2d\u8a08\u4e4b\u7236Finn Juhl \u57281965\u5e74\u70ba\u50a2\u4ff1\u5ee0\u5546L.
