The lower the pH levels, the higher the acidity. Excessive CO2 causes acidosis &#8211; a high acidity level in the blood &#8211; which increases the activity of the bone-resorbing cells, the osteoclasts, and decreases the activity of the bone-forming cells, the osteoblasts\u2014the result; bone loss.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u91ab\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u767c\u73fe\u8840\u6db2\u4e2d\u7684\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u6fc3\u5ea6\u589e\u9ad8\u6703\u964d\u4f4epH\u503c(\u8b8a\u9178)\u3002\u904e\u591a\u7684\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u4f7f\u5f97\u8840\u6db2\u7684\u9178\u5316\uff0c\u9178\u4e2d\u6bd2(acidosis)\uff0c\u4fc3\u9032\u7834\u9aa8\u7d30\u80de(osteoclasts)\u800c\u6e1b\u7de9\u4e86\u6210\u9aa8\u7d30\u80de(osteoblasts)\uff0c\u7d50\u679c\u5c31\u662f\u9aa8\u8cea\u6d41\u5931\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8840\u6db2\u4e2d\u7684\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u6fc3\u5ea6\u592a\u9ad8\uff0c\u4e5f\u6703\u5c0e\u81f4\u5c3f\u6db2\u9178\u5ea6\u589e\u9ad8\uff0c\u800c\u5b83\u7684\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\u5c31\u662f\u7d50\u77f3\u3002\u592a\u7a7a\u4eba\u5e38\u60a3\u7684\uff0c\u5c31\u6b63\u662f\u814e\u7d50\u77f3\uff01<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u6fc3\u5ea6\u7684\u7570\u5e38\u589e\u9ad8\uff0c\u5c0d\u4eba\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u548c\u5c0d\u6d77\u751f\u5e36\u6bbc\u751f\u7269\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u5982\u51fa\u4e00\u8f4d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u904b\u52d5\u54e1\u6703\u9032\u884c\u79fb\u5730\u8a13\u7df4\uff0c\u53bb\u8f03\u9ad8\u6d77\u62d4\u7684\u5730\u65b9\uff0c\u5728\u6c27\u6c23\u8f03\u7a00\u8584\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u935b\u7df4\uff0c\u903c\u4f7f\u8eab\u9ad4\u7522\u751f\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u8840\u7d05\u7d20\uff0c\u4e00\u65e6\u56de\u5230\u5e73\u5730\uff0c\u6709\u66f4\u5145\u8db3\u7684\u6c27\u6c23\uff0c\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u8d85\u4e4e\u6c34\u6e96\u7684\u8868\u73fe\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u672a\u4f86\u5728\u5e73\u5730\u7684\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u7684\u9ad8\u6fc3\u5ea6\u6210\u70ba\u5e38\u614b\uff0c\u904b\u52d5\u54e1\u8981\u7528\u9019\u7a2e\u65b9\u6cd5\u5237\u65b0\u7d00\u9304\uff0c\u5c07\u8b8a\u5f97\u6108\u4f86\u6108\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6839\u64da\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u7570\u5e38\u5730\u6108\u9ad8\uff0c\u4eba\u7684\u8a8d\u77e5\u80fd\u529b(cognitive performance)\u6108\u5dee\uff0c\u6108\u5bb9\u6613\u72af\u932f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff08\u540c\u7406\uff0c\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\u5982\u679c\u901a\u98a8\u4e0d\u826f\uff0c\u6216\u5728\u5c0f\u7a7a\u9593\u4e2d\u64e0\u5165\u592a\u591a\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u6fc3\u5ea6\u8b8a\u5f97\u7570\u5e38\u9ad8\uff0c\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u5de5\u4f5c\u6548\u7387\u3002\uff09<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u547c\u5438\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6bcf\u4e00\u500b\u7d05\u8840\u7403(red blood cell; erythrocyte) \u4e0a\u9762\u67092\u51047\u5343\u842c\u500b\u8840\u7d05\u7d20(hemoglobin)\u5206\u5b50\uff0c\u6bcf\u500b\u8840\u7d05\u7d20\u5206\u5b50\u4e0a\u9762\u67094\u500b\u9435\u539f\u5b50\u3002\u7d05\u8840\u7403\u7684\u89aa\u6c27\u6027\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u80fd\u900f\u904e\u9435\u539f\u5b50\u4f86\u904b\u9001\u6c27\u3002\u542b\u6c27\u7684\u8840\u7d05\u7d20\u662f\u98fd\u548c\u7684\uff0c\u5448\u73fe\u8840\u7d05\u8272\uff0c\u7a31\u70ba\u6c27\u5408\u8840\u7d05\u7d20(oxyhemoglobin)\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6c27\u5408\u8840\u7d05\u7d20\u62b5\u9054\u9700\u8981\u6c27\u6c23\u7684\u8eab\u9ad4\u7d44\u7e54\uff0c\u7531\u65bc\u8eab\u9ad4\u7d44\u7e54\u7684\u6c27\u6c23\u5206\u58d3\u8f03\u5c0f\uff0c\u6c27\u6c23\u5c31\u7531\u6c27\u5408\u8840\u7d05\u7d20\u91cb\u653e\u51fa\u4f86\u5230\u8eab\u9ad4\u7d44\u7e54\ud855\ude83\uff0c\u71c3\u71d2\u4e4b\u5f8c\u7522\u751f\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\u6fc3\u5ea6\u8b8a\u9ad8\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u6eb6\u65bc\u6c34\u6703\u8b8a\u6210\u78b3\u9178\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u5206\u89e3\u70ba\u6c2b\u96e2\u5b50\u548c\u78b3\u9178\u6c2b\u6839\uff0c\u6c2b\u96e2\u5b50\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86pH\u503c(\u8b8a\u9178\uff09\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0421\u041e2 + \u041d2O =&gt; \u041d2\u0421O3 =&gt;&nbsp;&nbsp;H+&nbsp;&nbsp;+&nbsp;&nbsp;HC03-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0421\u041e2\u6fc3\u5ea6\u7684\u589e\u9ad8\u53ca\u6c2b\u96e2\u5b50\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86pH\u503c(\u8b8a\u9178\uff09\uff0c\u6703\u964d\u4f4e\u8840\u7d05\u7d20\u7684\u89aa\u6c27\u6027\uff0c\u52a0\u901f\u6c27\u5408\u8840\u7d05\u7d20\u628a\u6c27\u6c23\u91cb\u653e\u51fa\u4f86\u3002\u9019\u5c31\u662f\u6ce2\u8033\u6548\u61c9(Bohr effect)\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The relationship between how efficiently Oxygen can bind to red blood cells and the pH level of the blood was a discovery made by Christian Bohr in 1902. Christian Bohr discovered that blood holds more Oxygen when the pH level is higher and less when the pH level is lower. This phenomenon is called the Bohr effect\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6ce2\u8033\u6548\u61c9(Bohr effect)\uff1a\u7d05\u8840\u7403\u3a66\u5e36\u6c27\u6c23\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u548cpH\u503c\u6210\u6b63\u6bd4\uff0cpH\u6108\u4f4e(\u6108\u9178)
