I had no idea what I was doing, and that was exactly why I needed to do it. This was my unquestionable rite-of-passage, coming-of-age experience. It wasn&#8217;t getting a driver&#8217;s license. It wasn&#8217;t getting my degree. It wasn&#8217;t rushing to get married and have kids. It wasn&#8217;t getting a house with an attached garage. It wasn&#8217;t earning six figures. I am not judging you if you have found beauty, belonging, and joy in these things. They simply didn&#8217;t work for me. They felt like lies and violations all knotted up in my stomach. The pressure to chase them nearly suffocated me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6c38\u8a8c\u4e0d\u5fd8\u7684\u662f\u7b2c\u4e00\u5929\u611f\u5230\u7684\u6050\u61fc\u3001\u7126\u616e\u548c\u8208\u596e\u3002\u6211\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\u6211\u5728\u505a\u4ec0\u9ebc\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u78ba\u5207\u77e5\u9053\u6211\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u4e00\u5b9a\u975e\u5f97\u8981\u53bb\u8d70\u3002\u9019\u7d55\u5c0d\u662f\u6211\u7684\u6210\u5e74\u79ae\uff0c\u6210\u9577\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\u3002\u90a3\u4e0d\u662f\u8003\u4e0a\u99d5\u99db\u57f7\u7167\uff0c\u4e0d\u662f\u62ff\u5230\u5b78\u4f4d\uff0c\u4e0d\u662f\u6025\u65bc\u7d50\u5a5a\u548c\u751f\u990a\u5c0f\u5b69\uff0c\u4e0d\u662f\u8cb7\u4e00\u68df\u6709\u8eca\u5eab\u7684\u623f\u5b50\uff0c\u4e0d\u662f\u8cfa\u5230\u516d\u4f4d\u6578\u5b57\u7684\u85aa\u6c34\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u5c0d\u6211\u90fd\u6c92\u6709\u4ec0\u9ebc\u5438\u5f15\u529b\uff0c\u5b83\u5011\u53cd\u800c\u50cf\u6211\u80f8\u81c6\u4e2d\u9b31\u7d50\u7684\u8b0a\u8a00\u548c\u893b\u7006\u3002\u70ba\u4e86\u8ffd\u6c42\u9019\u4e9b\u800c\u7522\u751f\u7684\u58d3\u529b\uff0c\u4ee4\u6211\u5e7e\u4e4e\u7a92\u606f\u6b7b\u4ea1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I wanted to shed what felt like artificial skin designed by chains and systems I never trusted. I wanted to walk into a new and thicker skin, one that I could boldly claim as my own, for the rest of my days. I wanted to know beyond knowing that &#8220;I have what it takes. I have what it takes to feel strong, courageous, honest, and free on the inside so I could be strong, courageous, honest, and free on the outside.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6211\u8981\u5378\u4e0b\u7531\u4e0d\u76f8\u4fe1\u7684\u9396\u934a\u548c\u7cfb\u7d71\u6240\u4ea4\u7e54\u800c\u6210\u52a0\u8af8\u5728\u6211\u8eab\u4e0a\u7684\u5047\u9762\u3002\u6211\u8981\u8d70\u9032\u4e00\u500b\u5d84\u65b0\u7684\u800c\u4e14\u66f4\u539a\u5be6\u7684\u81ea\u6211\uff0c\u90a3\u500b\u6211\u5728\u6211\u6574\u500b\u9918\u751f\uff0c\u90fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u5145\u6eff\u81ea\u4fe1\u5ba3\u544a\u662f\u70ba\u6211\u81ea\u5df1\u771f\u6b63\u64c1\u6709\u7684\u6771\u897f\u3002\u6211\u8981\u4e0d\u53ea\u7406\u89e3\u800c\u4e14\u8981\u8d85\u8d8a\u4e26\u5be6\u73fe\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\uff1a\u300c\u6211\u52c7\u65bc\u627f\u53d7\u6240\u9700\u8981\u7684\u4ed8\u51fa\u3002\u6211\u8981\u52c7\u65bc\u53bb\u627f\u53d7\uff0c\u4ee4\u5167\u5fc3\u66f4\u5bcc\u6709\u5805\u5f37\u3001\u52c7\u6c23\u3001\u8aa0\u5be6\u548c\u81ea\u5728\u7b49\u7279\u8cea\u7684\u6311\u6230\uff0c\u4f7f\u6211\u4e4b\u5f8c\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u5805\u5f37\u3001\u52c7\u6c23\u3001\u8aa0\u5be6\u548c\u81ea\u5728\u7b49\u7b49\u7684\u5916\u5728\u8868\u73fe\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>More than the mileage and the feat of walking across the country, what spoke the loudest for me was the day-by-day acceptance of and reverence to the wisdom of the natural world and the human heart. I felt the trees and rising sun calling out my name every morning as I woke. The songs of strangers spoke of a deep yearning to forever move toward love, trust, nuance, humility, dignity, mystery, healing, and justice. Everything I learned and all of what continues to ache related to my long 242-day walk rumbles in every word of this book.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u91cc\u7a0b\u548c\u8de8\u8d8a\u570b\u5bb6\u7684\u58ef\u8209\uff0c\u6211\u807d\u5230\u6700\u5927\u8072\u7684\u53ec\u559a\uff0c\u662f\u6bcf\u4e00\u5929\u5c0d\u5927\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u667a\u6167\u53ca\u4eba\u5fc3\u7684\u5c0a\u91cd\u7121\u689d\u4ef6\u7684\u63a5\u53d7\u3002\u6bcf\u5929\u65e9\u6668\u9192\u4f86\uff0c\u6211\u611f\u53d7\u5230\u6a39\u6797\u548c\u521d\u6607\u7684\u592a\u967d\u5c0d\u6211\u7684\u547c\u559a\u3002\u964c\u751f\u4eba\u7684\u6b4c\u8072\u8ff0\u8aaa\u8457\u6df1\u539a\u7684\u6e34\u671b\uff0c\u8981\u6c38\u9060\u8da8\u5411\u611b\u3001\u4fe1\u4efb\u3001\u4ed4\u7d30\u3001\u6148\u60b2\u3001\u5c0a\u56b4\u3001\u795e\u79d8\u3001\u7642\u7652\u548c\u516c\u6b63\u3002\u6211\u5b78\u5230\u7684\u6240\u6709\u6771\u897f\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5728242\u5929\u7684\u58ef\u904a\u76f8\u95dc\u7e7c\u7e8c\u523a\u6fc0\u8457\u6211\u7684\u75bc\u75db\uff0c\u90fd\u5728\u9019\u672c\u66f8\u4e2d\u7de9\u7de9\u9053\u4f86\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8b80\u5f8c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6bcf\u4e00\u500b\u4eba\u90fd\u6709\u81ea\u5df1\u6210\u9577\u7684\u65c5\u7a0b\u3002\u6709\u4e9b\u4eba\u96a8\u9047\u800c\u5b89\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u4eba\u5247\u523b\u610f\u9078\u64c7\u8d70\u4e0a\u964c\u751f\u7684\u8def\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9019\u8b93\u6211\u60f3\u8d77\u7f8e\u570b\u8a69\u4ebaRobert
