Diversity and inclusion should be a goal in its own right,\u2026a diversity of experiences, thought, backgrounds, ideas, and values is a prerequisite to build a creative force that can change the world\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u67d0\u6b21\u5c0d\u5916\u7684\u6f14\u8b1b\u4e2d\uff0c\u4ed6\u7e3d\u7d50\u5922\u5e7b\u5275\u610f\u5718\u968a\u7684\u4e09\u5927\u8981\u7d20\uff1a\u8981\u6709\u5929\u99ac\u884c\u7a7a\u7684\u5922\u60f3\u5bb6\uff0c\u8981\u6709\u6df1\u601d\u719f\u616e\u7684\u7406\u60f3\u5bb6\uff0c\u8981\u6709\u5fc3\u80f8\u5bec\u95ca\u7684\u9818\u5c0e\u8005\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Three elements to produce the best creative results as well as the most satisfying creative cultures:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Embrace the daydreamers, those right-brained creative thinkers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Let the quiet voices speak the loudest\u2026give the introvert the time and space to do what they do best\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Diversity in Oxygen\u2026(diversity\u2019s advantage), the advantage to see what others don\u2019t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4ed6\u4e00\u518d\u5f37\u8abf\u540c\u7406\u5fc3\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u53ea\u8981\u9858\u610f\u50be\u807d\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebc\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f9e\u4e0d\u540c\u7a2e\u985e\u7684\u4eba\u90a3\u88cf\uff0c\u6316\u6398\u5230\u5404\u7a2e\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u5275\u610f\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c\u2026We often find the most impactful insights when we expand our field of vision and see what formerly we didn\u2019t see.
