Our preferences are riddled with unconscious biases, easily swayed by contextual and social influences. There is less chance than we think that we will like tomorrow what we liked today and even less chance of remembering what led us to our previous likes. Even experts, \u2026, are hardly infallible guides to knowing what is truly good, to knowing their own feelings. Nothing could be more essential to identity than one&#8217;s internal compass of liking \u2014 of food, of music, of art, of our brand of yogurt \u2014 and yet, throughout its almost constant operation, it sits largely outside reflection\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6211\u5011\u4f3c\u4e4e\u7d93\u5e38\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\u81ea\u5df1\u6240\u559c\u611b\u7684\u662f\u4ec0\u9ebc\uff0c\u66f4\u9051\u8ad6\u7406\u89e3\u559c\u611b\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u548c\u56e0\u6b64\u800c\u8868\u73fe\u51fa\u4f86\u7684\u884c\u70ba\u3002\u6211\u5011\u504f\u597d\u7684\u559c\u611b\uff0c\u53d7\u5230\u4e0d\u81ea\u89ba\u7684\u504f\u8aa4\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u975e\u5e38\u5bb9\u6613\u53d7\u5230\u654d\u8ff0\u6587\u672c\u53ca\u793e\u6703\u6587\u5316\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u6211\u5011\u65e2\u4e0d\u5bb9\u6613\u77e5\u9053\u4eca\u5929\u81ea\u5df1\u559c\u611b\u7684\u662f\u4ec0\u9ebc\uff0c\u66f4\u4e0d\u5bb9\u6613\u8a18\u5f97\u5230\u5e95\u904e\u53bb\u662f\u54ea\u4e9b\u559c\u611b\u5c0e\u81f3\u7576\u4e0b\u7684\u559c\u611b\u3002\u7e31\u4f7f\u662f\u5c08\u5bb6\u5efa\u8b70\u7684\u6e96\u5247\uff0c\u8981\u62ff\u4f86\u4e86\u89e3\u4ed6\u5011\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u611f\u53d7\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u662f\u7d55\u5c0d\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u3002\u63a2\u7d22\u6211\u5011\u5167\u5fc3\u4e3b\u8981\u559c\u611b\u7684\u65b9\u5411\uff0c\u8b6c\u5982\u5c0d\u98df\u7269\u3001\u97f3\u6a02\u3001\u85dd\u8853\uff0c\u751a\u6216\u5c0d\u512a\u683c\u7684\u54c1\u724c\u7b49\u7b49\uff0c\u90fd\u5fc5\u9808\u4e0d\u65b7\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u4f46\u5f80\u5f80\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u601d\u8003\u53cd\u7701\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u77e5\u9053\u7684\u2026\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7d93\u904e\u722c\u68b3\u5c08\u5bb6\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u7d50\u8ad6\u548c\u5efa\u8b70\u662f\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. You will know what you like or do not like before you know why.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6211\u5011\u5f80\u5f80\u662f\u5728\u4e86\u559c\u611b\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u624d\u77e5\u9053\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u559c\u611b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(\u7d50\u5408\u8d85\u904eN\u5e74\uff0c\u76f8\u77e5\u76f8\u60dc\u7684\u592b\u59bb\uff1f)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Get beyond \u201clike\u201d and \u201cdislike.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u300c\u559c\u611b\u300d\u6216\u300c\u4e0d\u559c\u611b\u300d\u4e0d\u5bb9\u6613\u6e2c\u5ea6\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u6703\u53d7\u5230\u6e2c\u5ea6\u8005\u4e3b\u89c0\u5224\u65b7\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u592a\u8f15\u6613\u6b62\u6b65\u65bc\u300c\u4e0d\u559c\u6b61\u300d\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u904e\u65e9\u5224\u65b7\u800c\u5931\u53bb\u4e86\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u7372\u5f97\u65b0\u5947\u7d93\u9a57\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(\u6240\u4ee5\uff0c\u5148\u9078\u6821\u5728\u4f4e\u5e74\u7d1a\u4e0d\u5206\u79d1\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u518d\u6162\u6162\u9078\u7cfb\uff1f\u6216\u8005\uff0c\u5728\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e0a\u78b0\u5230\u6311\u6230\u548c\u56f0\u96e3\uff0c\u4e0d\u8981\u592a\u65e9\u8a8d\u70ba\u662f\u81ea\u5df1\u300c\u4e0d\u559c\u6b61\u300d\u7684\u5fd7\u696d\uff0c\u800c\u653e\u68c4\u7e7c\u7e8c\u52aa\u529b\uff1f)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Do you know why you like what you like?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6211\u5011\u7684\u300c\u559c\u611b\u300d\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u67d0\u4e00\u7a2e\u60c5\u5883\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u671f\u5f85\u3002\u6211\u5011\u7684\u300c\u559c\u611b\u300d\u53ef\u80fd\u53d7\u5230\u793e\u6703\u6587\u5316\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u8b8a\u6210\u4e00\u7a2e\u7fd2\u4ee5\u70ba\u5e38\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8b6c\u5982\uff0c\u4fc4\u7f85\u65af\u4eba\u559c\u6b61\u559dvodka\uff0c\u5e02\u5834\u958b\u653e\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u5e74\u8f15\u4eba\u559d\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u5564\u9152\uff0c\u90a3\u4e9b\u672c\u4f86\u559dvoka\u7684\u5e74\u9577\u7684\u4fc4\u7f85\u65af\u4eba\uff0c\u9084\u662f\u7e7c\u7e8c\u559dvoka\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u660e\u986f\u7684\u4f8b\u5b50\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Talk about why you like something.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u591a\u63cf\u8ff0\u3001\u8ac7\u8ad6\u6211\u5011\u7684\u300c\u559c\u611b\u300d\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u4e86\u89e3\u6211\u5011\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u300c\u559c\u611b\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. We like things more when they can be categorized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u80fd\u5920\u88ab\u6e05\u695a\u5206\u9580\u5225\u985e\u7684\u4eba\u3001\u4e8b\u3001\u7269\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6bd4\u8f03\u80fd\u5920\u559c\u611b\uff0c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. Do not trust the easy like.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5bb9\u6613\u4e0a\u624b\u3001\u7c21\u55ae\u7684\u6771\u897f\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6bd4\u8f03\u5bb9\u6613\u559c\u611b\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u9019\u8981\u683c\u5916\u7559\u610f\u5c0f\u5fc3\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4ee5\u85dd\u8853\u54c1\u70ba\u4f8b\uff0c\u5f80\u5f80\u662f\u7576\u4e0b\u6709\u722d\u8b70\u7684\u4f5c\u54c1\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u66f4\u4e45\u88ab\u4eba\u5011\u559c\u611b(\u6b23\u8cde\u3001\u6536\u85cf)\u5462\uff01<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u592a\u8f15\u7387\u7684\u300c\u559c\u611b\u300d\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u932f\u904e\u66f4\u503c\u5f97\u300c\u559c\u611b\u300d\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. You may like what you see, but you also see what you like.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6211\u5011\u6216\u8a31\u6703\u4e00\u898b\u5c31\u559c\u611b(\u4e00\u898b\u937e\u60c5)\uff0c\u4f46\u4e5f\u8981\u63d0\u9192\u81ea\u5df1\uff0c\u8981\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u53bb\u4e86\u4e86\u89e3\u4ec0\u9ebc\u6703\u559c\u611b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.
