Such chemicals as GABA, serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine are neurotransmitters familiar to those who struggle with depression and anxiety, and all are made by your intestinal flora. Ideally, beneficial probiotic bacteria make up 85 percent of bacteria living in our gut and keep other 15 percent of harmful bacteria in check\u2026\u2019*<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e00\u822c\u4eba\u6703\u6709\u4e00\u500b\u8aa4\u89e3\uff0c\u4ee5\u70ba\u300c\u76ca\u83cc\u300d(Probiotics(friendly bacteria))\u6108\u591a\u6108\u597d\uff0c\u5176\u5be6\u4e0d\u662f\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8178\u80c3\u9053\u4e2d\u7684\u300c\u76ca\u83cc\u300d\u548c\u300c\u58de\u83cc\u300d\u90fd\u8981\u6709\uff0c\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u662f\u8981\u4fdd\u6301\u4e00\u500b\u5e73\ud85d\uddfd\u3002\u300c\u76ca\u83cc\u300d\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u5728\u6291\u5236\u300c\u58de\u83cc\u300d\uff1b\u300c\u58de\u83cc\u300d\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u5728\u6291\u5236\u300c\u76ca\u83cc\u300d\u3002\u91cd\u9ede\u8981\u4fdd\u6301\u4e00\u500b\u5fae\u5999\u7684\u5747\u8861\u3002\u5982\u679c\u300c\u76ca\u83cc\u300d\u5931\u63a7\u589e\u751f\u800c\u8b8a\u5f97\u592a\u591a\uff0c\u4e5f\u6703\u8b8a\u6210\u300c\u58de\u83cc\u300d\u5462\uff01<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u6211\u5011\u5728\u51fa\u751f\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u7d93\u904e\u6bcd\u89aa\u7684\u7522\u9053\u6703\u6536\u5230\u7b2c\u4e00\u6279\u83cc\u53e2\uff0c\u63a5\u8457\u5f9e\u54fa\u4e73\u548c\u6bcd\u89aa\u7684\u89aa\u5bc6\u63a5\u89f8\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u8207\u5176\u4ed6\u7684\u4eba\u548c\u74b0\u5883\u7684\u4e92\u52d5\u4e4b\u4e2d\uff0c\u6301\u7e8c\u63a5\u89f8\u5230\u5176\u4ed6\u7d30\u83cc\uff0c\u800c\u5176\u4e2d\u5728\u8178\u80c3\u9053\u4e2d\u5b58\u6d3b\u4e0b\u4f86\u7684\uff0c\u5c31\u6210\u70ba\u6211\u5011\u500b\u4eba\u7368\u6709\u7684\u83cc\u53e2\u7d50\u69cb\uff0c\u9019\u53eb\u83cc\u76f8\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u900f\u904e\u9577\u6642\u9593\u7684\u6f14\u5316\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4eba\u985e\u990a\u6210\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u7fd2\u6163\uff0c\u7167\u7406\u8aaa\u900f\u904e\u5929\u64c7\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u8178\u80c3\u9053\u7684\u83cc\u76f8\uff0c\u61c9\u8a72\u662f\u6700\u9069\u5408\u4eba\u985e\u751f\u5b58\u548c\u7e41\u884d\u7684\u624d\u5c0d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2018The three probiotics that have been in use the longest and have the most research behind them are Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, and Bifidobacterium longum\u2026\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lactobacillus acidophilus\uff1a\u4e73\u9178\u83cc\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bifidobacterium bifidum\uff1a\u6bd4\u83f2\u5fb7\u6c0f\u83cc\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bifidobacterium longum\uff1a\u9577\u96d9\u6b67\u687f\u83cc\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
