And then<\/span>,<\/span> in this new state<\/span>,<\/span> free from fear<\/span>,<\/span> you ask yourself: who am I? If I could live without doubt what would I do? If I could be kind without the fear of being fucked over? If I could love without fear of being hurt? If I could taste the sweetness of today without thinking of how I will miss that taste of tomorrow? If I could not fear the passing of time and the people it will steal? Yes. What would I do? Who would I care for? What battle would I fight? Which paths would I step down? What joys would I allow myself? What internal mysteries would I solve? How<\/span>,<\/span> in short would I live?<\/span><\/p>\n

So<\/span>,<\/span> it took me only 437 years<\/span>,<\/span> but I finally realized how to go about answering all this. I didn<\/span>’<\/span>t quite know what the answer was but I knew the process. In a way the process was not knowing the answer<\/span>,<\/span> and being fine with that. I knew the fear that had been stopping me. So<\/span>,<\/span> it was time to live…<\/span>(<\/span>content omitted<\/span>)<\/span>… We were survivors and<\/span>,<\/span> being such<\/span>,<\/span> we would survive. The known has gone and the unknown awaits – the story ends and the story begins<\/span>,<\/span> over and over<\/span>,<\/span> as we dangle eternally in the present. There is nothing more to add<\/span>,<\/span> and yet there is always a little more. Life spills over.<\/span>”<\/span>*<\/span><\/p>\n

It is clear. In those moments that burst alive the present lasts for ever<\/span>,<\/span> and I know there are many more presents to live. I understand. I understand you can be free. I understand that the way you stop time is by stopping being ruled by it. I am no longer drowning in my past<\/span>,<\/span> or fearful of my future. How can I be?<\/span><\/p>\n

So<\/span>,<\/span> do you fear of getting older and would like to stop time? <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

When you think about it and worry about it<\/span>,<\/span> you are losing your present time and you would never be able to get ready for the future that has already being rushed in<\/span>,<\/span> if you are lucky to have.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

The past had passed<\/span>,<\/span> the future is no where<\/span>,<\/span> and what we might have only the present that has just passed now. So at the end of day<\/span>,<\/span> what do we have?<\/span><\/p>\n

The only way to stop time is to treasure every present moment. Then every present moment becomes unique and eternal. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We stop time by not being ruled by it. We do what whatever we like and enjoy whatever we have.<\/span><\/p>\n

We live. We live only now and here<\/span>,<\/span> in the present.<\/span><\/p>\n
